• Imprint
• Lamination

Firstly,
our experienced graphic design team completes the design stage special for
you and your products in line with your demands by using their imagination.
Secondly, production of the packages whose designs are completed starts in
Extruder stage with high technology extruder machines. Here, the product
which is in the state of raw material comes out of moulds in the extruder
machines by the help of heat, it is shaped and pure packaging material is
obtained.
Imprinting, Lamination and Slicing stages are optionally applied according
to specifications of your product. Imprinting is the reflecting of prepared
drawing on the surface of the package using flexo imprinting inks by
imprinting machines. Lamination is the installation of more than one product
into each other using heat or sticking methods, this is how it is possible
to give more features to the product. Slicing is one of the last stages; it
is done in order to give different sizes to the product. After these
operations, the packaging materials are taken into cutting which is the last
stage.
The
packaging material which is cut and packed is delivered to the address you
specified on the specified dates.
